Why can't I shop directly on the website and have the item shipped to me?
There is currently no payment solution or shipping option linked to the website. Therefore, you will first need to make a product inquiry.
Am I guaranteed to be able to purchase the product I am requesting?
No, a request does not guarantee that the product is available. All requests are handled manually and on a first-come, first-served basis.
How does shipping work?
Primarily, pickup applies in Malmö.
If necessary, shipping can be arranged - the item will then be sent with PostNord, and the shipping cost is based on the weight and size of the package.
SHIPPING IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITHIN SWEDEN AT THE MOMENT.
Returns and open purchases
You have 30 days to return the item from the date you received it. The product must be in unused condition. Please contact us if you would like to make a return. Once the item has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours.
Are the products sold in any physical stores?
No, at this time the products are only available via the website and selected markets.
Of course, you're welcome to come and view the products if you're curious. Visits are by appointment – please contact us to book a time.
